Is there a way that I can use that in Linux Mint as well? I urgently need it for Skype. The Realtek HD Audio Manager always appeared in Windows and there I could choose what I want to use it for. It is a simple Sony headphone with microphone. I've already looked everywhere in the settings but I can't find anything that could solve my problem.
Today I have Linux Mint installed and I am actually quite satisfied but unfortunately my headset is only recognized as headphones. I'm a noob to Linux so please don't be too strict on me I am new here and I hope I am not doing anything wrong by opening this new post and I hope that nobody has already had this problem.
